put an order 3days ago, my money were taken from account immediately, but have not received any confirmation of the order or any information at all. I have sent them 2 e-mails about it, but nobody answered. It is the first time I order snus on their website and I am a little bit worried.
This is my first time ordering from this site and it’s been long ride. I ordered begin of august and haven’t even received a tracking or shipping confirmation. The costumer service has been really stubborn with giving me answers on where my package is almost like they don’t know what’s happening with my package. I live in Canada so the problem could be the border customs.

Package was supposed to be delivered Friday. Waited at home all day for it, never came.
Monday I look and it says returned to sender. I called UPS expecting that they claimed to have delivered it, but upon calling he couldn’t give me any detail about why it was returned but said it had something to do with northerner not including some sort of documents.
Emailed northerner 3 days ago and haven’t heard back yet. This really defeats the purpose of paying for express shipping. After a few months of nothing but good service (March to July) the past few months have been nothing but poor service and mistakes (August on). I usually order once every 3-4 weeks, but at this point it’s looking like I may need to make a move to a competitor
Bought from Northerner for the first time: service was impeccable, UPS was on time, the cans arrived well packed in a cardboard box. Shelf life is one month when I usually get 3 to 10 months from other white Snus resellers at a lower price. Overall good experience, but you can find better deals.
ordered 30+ tins and received only 10, and with no confirmation emails, no reply after i emailed to find out where they are and i guess im never getting my order
I am an American who lives in the UK. I used Northerner.com for a number of years, and mostly the experience was pretty good. Then a while back they decided to not ship to the UK from the US, so I could no longer get any American products from them. It was a bummer. They gave some lame excuse about shipping cost, and I told them I would happily pay whatever the shipping was but no dice. So a 2* because they used to be good to me, but no longer.

Placed an order and paid on 06 October, but received no confirmation email no shipping etc.
Have ordered many times from them with no problems but since the website update there has been nothing but problems and the Customer service just ignore your emails these days
Extremely disappointed, go back to your old quality service not the rubbish that occurs now.
Placed an order last on the 27th of September, still haven’t gotten a confirmation or order number, also paid the extra $20 for the express shipping, never ordering from here again!

I was trying to reach Northerner so that they could cancel my order before it was shipped. I did not receive an email back from them and the order was unfortunately shipped. However, Julia contacted me back after the fact and corrected the issue. She refunded me the money and apologized for the late reply. I will gladly use Northerner for future purchases.

In 2020 I joined them. I am satisfied 100%! As for me, delivery to France is always in time, especially UPS. The quality is fine, the customer service is nice and helpful. I made maybe 9-10 orders, and I can recommend it for sure. Once I had a delay, but they were in contact with me. Once I had my package lost, but they sent me a new one for free without any proofs from my side! Actually they also gave me a discount code in addition.

I am very unsure as to why all of these reviews are so negative. I ordered from this website recently and everything went exactly as it should. Confirmation email was a little late. Shipping was a little late, but all of you must understand the complications that ALL companies are going through right now due to COVID. There will be issues such as these at this time. My opinion is that Northerner.com is professional, as user friendly as possible and are simply trying their best under the circumstances. Please have a reasonable mindset haha
Is this site the only way to get them to respond? I've sent 3 e-mails now and still have yet to hear back.
